SHIPPING

SHIPPING Orders are usually processed and shipped on weekdays on the same day or the following day. The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-5 working days and 7-15 working days for international shipping. I strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but cannot accept any liability for un-timely delivery. If an ordered item is currently not available, you the customer will be contacted immediately and informed about any possible delay. The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the goods without giving reasons.

 

In urgent cases you can enter your change request in the comment field when ordering or contact us by phone + 49- (0) 1705871937 (Mon. - Sat. from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and change your shipping method to express. Every order is insured by me via Deutsche Post / DHL. As soon as a package leaves my workshop, the customer will receive the corresponding tracking ID so that the shipment can be tracked. If the package is sent outside Germany, the tracking number changes as soon as it is handed over to the local shipping company.

 

Please note that shipping within Europe takes about 4-7 working days. Worldwide depending on the recipient country, usually 7-15 working days. I recommend placing the order as soon as possible. Please make sure that you give the correct delivery address and that someone is there who can receive the package.

Please note due to Corona delays may also take place which are outside my control.

Last order deadlines during Christmas time During the Christmas period I dispatch all orders (if ordered before 2 p.m.), depending on availability, on the same or the following day. The last shipping day before Christmas is December 20th. In order to receive your order within Germany on time by December 24th, I recommend that you place your order by December 18th ? at the latest. The delivery time depends on the shipping address and the shipping method chosen. Please note that there can be significant delays, especially during the Christmas season. Since the dispatch is carried out by Deutsche Post / DHL, I  have no influence on this. In urgent cases you can contact me by phone + 49-1705871937 (Mon. - Sat. from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and change your shipping method to express. I can arrange delivery on the next working day within Germany / Europe and delivery on the same day within Berlin. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. The statutory Christmas holidays / New Year are December 25th / 26th and January 1st.

 

Shipping costs The shipping costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery address. Please note that additional fees in the form of customs duties are possible for deliveries outside the EU.

RETURNS The customer is entitled to withdraw from his purchase contract by notifying me of his return by email or letter and sending the goods back to me unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. I recommend an insured return with shipment tracking so that if the shipment is lost, proof of shipment can be provided.

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services are to be returned. If the customer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer is obliged to pay the required compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for the customer in a shop, for example. In addition, the obligation to pay compensation can be avoided if the customer does not use the goods like an owner and refrains from doing anything that may impair their value. When exercising the revocation, the customer bears the costs of the return, unless the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered. The customer undertakes to return the goods within two weeks after exercising the right of withdrawal, if the withdrawal has not already been exercised by returning the goods.
